  • Analysis of businesses in the area, and assessment of local competitors and competition.
  • Technology and digital marketing systems which we already have experience with and will utilise to further the business and market our services.
  • Contingency plans, in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
• We have team members in mind who have already agreed to help us out with our gaming sessions which include role playing games, trading card games, battle re-enactments etc.
• We have made contacts with other organisations who once we are set-up may be able to sign post us to their members. We would like to offer Autistic friendly and Special Educational Needs & Disabilities  (S.E.N.D) sessions for gaming in a safe space for members.

We need to raise £25,000 in total to establish a sustainable business; this means that if this doesn’t happen in a 12 month period, all investors will get their original investment back in full as listed in their contract. Once we have achieved our target, funds we expect the turnaround from target to the shop/business going live( as  including shop floor setup, getting in stock, fixtures and fittings etc) to take a month as so much work has already been done.
